ShippingKit Labels integrating FedEx Services for X-Cart


Order tracking

The end users can perform tracking with a single click on the "Orders history" page. Once a tracking number is populated for the order, the "Track" button appears on the "Order details" page in the customer front-end and administrator back-end.

By clicking the "Track" button the FedEx Track module fetches all available information for the tracking number directly from the FedEx server and displays the information to the user.

    The FedEx tracking records contain the following information:
  • Origin and destination addresses
  • Ship date and estimated delivery date
  • Scan data from shipment movement through the FedEx system
  • Current location and status of the shipment
