One of our main goals is to ensure our consumers enjoy using our products and services and all technical support policy is centered around this principle.
We provide an offline technical support during 8 hours a day except for weekends and holidays using our Help Desk. We respond all support inquiries within 12-48 hours.
Our FREE technical support services include:
* It doesn't cover errors arising from modifications made by any third party. Technical support does not include implementing of new functions or changes of the standard software functionality. We offer our custom programming service to cover all your needs.
All other requests can be handled on the commercial basis. Our fee is just USD 30 per hour. Every issue is estimated individually depending on its complexity. You can get a quote by sending a request to us via the request a quote form.
