Orders and Labels
Shipping label generation takes just a few clicks! First you should open the order details page you are going to generate label for, define package parameters in the "Endicia Shipping Labels" section and click the "Generate Label" button.
The section allows to adjust some package details like package size and weight and desired shipping method right before shipping label generation.
As soon as a label generated it appears along with the shipping information (e.g. status, the exact shipping cost and tracking number) in the "Endicia Shipping Labels" section. If label generation failed, the reason is displayed instead.
You can request a refund for the label from the Endicia system by clicking the "Delete label" button on the toolbar, it deletes the label and tracking number from the CS-Cart's order.

Note: it's possible to generate multiple shipping labels per order. New shipping label generation section will appear below the existent labels on the Endicia Shipping Labels tab on the order details page.
